1Work as the contact of overseas internal customers, to deal with orders from quotation to billing; 

2Work as DCs main contact of SSO team for local customers order, to deal with orders from delivery to billing, communicate with SSO team daily, provide supports to Sales Rep. to meet the customer's requirements; 

3Work with Inventory control team, logistics team and warehouse closely to resolve all kinds of problems; 

4Review and analyze backlog daily, arrange shipping on time, identify bottlenecks and then figure out solutions, including but not limited to: 

(1). Follow up SO and arrange delivery

(2). Expedite on material arrival

(3). Expedite on payment

(4). Expedite on picking up by customer

(5). Apply for STO and arrange STO delivery

5Outbound reliability analysis: if the outbound reliability is lower, analyzing the reason, and take actions. Reach the target of outbound reliability; 

6Customer complaints and customer return handling; 

7Reports analysis; 

8Standby on weekends for emergency cases in turns; 

9Other duties assigned by order officer manager. 


1Bachelor degree is a must; 

2Fluent English speaking and excellent English writing skillsTOEIC 600 at least; 

3Good skill of Microsoft Excel and Power point;

4One with SAP or ERP experience is preferred;

5Customer oriented attitude;

6proactive in daily work and high sense of responsibility;

7Ability to work in a team atmosphere;

8Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
